Terms and Conditions

Our policy for refunds and cancellations is that all purchases are final and cannot be refunded. However, should you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will provide store credit for future use. To cancel, please contact us via email at info@briemine.org . Please note that any orders canceled within 24 hours of the order time/date cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 

For deliveries, we require clear instructions or any necessary gate codes to ensure efficient delivery. As our boards must be refrigerated, a designated individual must be present to accept the delivery. Our delivery window is thirty minutes before and after your requested time. Should there be any changes in the schedule, we will reach out to you to confirm the recipient's availability. Unfortunately, if no one is present to accept the order, we cannot leave the board at the doorstep due to quality assurance. Please inform us as soon as possible regarding any schedule changes so that we can make necessary accommodations.
